What vaccinations are required to visit?
To ensure the safety of all our guests, dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Cats must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper. Guests without current vaccinations, will not be permitted to stay.
Will my dog play with
other dogs?
We do not allow dog on dog play, unless from the same household.
This protects all guests as not everyone is friendly with other dogs, especially away from their pawrents!
We spend one on one time with your pet to ensure they get enough play!
Can multiple dogs stay together in the same suite?
As long as they are from the same household, absolutely! Although we do limit to 2 dogs in 1 suite.
This is to keep them comfortable and allow plenty of space.
There is also a $5 per day discount!
What if my dog is
human aggressive?
That's okay!
We specialize in caring for dogs who might not be fond of us! We have a system in place that keeps our staff safe but still allows your dog to be properly cared for!
Can you administer medications?
Absolutely! Our staff is trained to administer medications of all kinds, from oral to topical to inectable!
For ease, we do ask that you provide pill pockets or wet food when appropriate.
Why are go home baths required?
Go Home Baths are required for any guests staying 3 or more days.
We have doggy pools and muddy areas in the yard. We encourage the dogs to have fun and in turn, gets them dirty!
What if my dog is hot/cold intolerant?
In the summers, we set our AC to 66 degrees! This is to keep our rooms comfortable for all guests.
In the winter, we set the heat at 72 degrees so it is nice and toasty!
Dogs are able to choose when they go outside as well.
Do you offer tours of the facility?
Unfortunately, we cannot have guests in the back kennel areas. Since we specialize in caring for human aggressive dogs, our insurance policy does not allow it. We are happy to show you the rest of the facility!
